Frequently Asked Questions
  • Do I need to be a member of AROC to buy from this site?

Yes. The Alfa Romeo Owners Club Parts Service is a member benefit only for members of the Club.  Naturally, we encourage all Alfa Romeo enthusiasts to be a member of AROC so you can join at any time.  But you will be required to enter your AROC membership number in your Cart and orders will only be despatched when your membership number is confirmed.

  • How do I search for a part?

If you click on Browse at the top of the screen, you can search by model of Alfa Romeo.  Alternatively you can use the drop-down menu at the top to choose a specific model.  You can also click on the search icon at the top-right of the screen and type part numbers, descriptions or other keywords.  Each part in the store is tagged with an applicable model along with a type shown on the left side of the screen (e.g. Cooling, Belts and Pulleys etc) to narrow your search.

  • Are all the parts on this site new/OEM?

Yes, we only stock new, new old stock (NOS) and original OEM parts for Alfa Romeo on this site.  All our parts have been sourced from Alfa Romeo dealers, specialists and other sources so may have signs of storage or the original packaging may have been replaced or show signs of wear, but the parts themselves are just as you would have received from Alfa Romeo or their dealer network.

  • When will I receive my order?

All parts on the store are in stock and we typically despatch within 2 to 3 working days.  We send most items by Royal Mail 2nd Class tracked, though we do use other couriers for larger or heavy items.

  • How have you priced your parts? I can find them cheaper elsewhere.

Our Parts Service is not a retail venture that aims to turnover volumes of products.  The Alfa Romeo Owners Club is a not-for-profit organisation and the Parts Service has been setup to provide a long-term service to our members as a source of parts to maintain their Alfa Romeo over years to come.  We do not compete with retail parts providers and indeed we are partners with several of them and do not wish to affect their business.  Whilst stocks of some OEM parts is still plentiful, our members can receive discounts with our partners such as Alfashop, Shop4parts and Partsworld with whom we are not in competition.

  • You don't have many parts for my Alfa Romeo, why not?

To date, we have sourced parts from dealers and specialists who had a quantity of Alfa Romeo parts in large batches.  We could not control the contents of those batches.  Going forward, we certainly aim to acquire and curate a more diverse range of classic Alfa Romeo parts, though we will still acquire parts for today's ‘modern’ Alfas as they will be classics in years to come.

  • I have a specific request that you are not showing, can you source it for me?

At any time, we may have some parts which are unlisted and are being checked ahead of sale, so it is certainly worth using the Contact Us section to provide details of your needs.  But please do not request specific parts which are readily available at our partners such as Alfashop, Shop4parts or indeed at Alfa Romeo dealerships.  We will maintain a list of hard-to-find parts and aim to acquire them in future purchases for members.

  • I have some parts I wish to sell, might you be interested?

We only acquire original OEM, new and new-old-stock Alfa Romeo parts.  We do not buy or sell used parts.  We are certainly interested to hear from people who have a volume of new Alfa Romeo parts in original packaging, particularly for older classic Alfa Romeos.  We will consider long-term investments of batches of parts, but if you have one or two parts in your garage you can likely achieve a sale on auction sites or on the AROC classified ads at aroc-uk.com
